About BLS Soccer

BLS Boys Soccer offers its student-athletes a unique blend of brotherhood, competitiveness and sporting education through three levels of tryout-based teams (Varsity, JV, Frosh). Those rewards don't come easy, as teams compete in the Dual County League, routinely ranked among the most competitive leagues in the state. Faced with such a challenge, players on all teams are expected to make a full commitment, from the first day of tryouts until the last day of the season. On the field, the teams in years past have cultivated a history of success built on a strong defensive backbone, organized team shape and and quality decision-making. This year's Varsity team has a large and talented senior class and expects to employ a dominant, possession-based play style in its conquest for playoff success. JV and Frosh, while expected to be competitive in their own right, have more of an emphasis on player development and support of the Varsity squad. Boston Latin Soccer welcomes all players interested in competitive soccer and encourages prospective players to reach out to coaches for more information.
